Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods
We ship via trusted third-party carriers (e.g., UPS, USPS). Shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout.

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are 3–5 business days after shipment, depending on location. Delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Risk of Loss
All orders are shipped via third-party carriers. Risk of loss and title transfer to the customer upon shipment. Primeva Labs is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier.


Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of research-use products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated below.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the product and packaging
  • We will review and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Improperly stored products
  • Orders placed in error by the customer
  • Products purchased for unintended use

Refunds (If Approved)

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.


Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is:

  • Refused
  • Returned due to incorrect address
  • Undeliverable

We reserve the right to:

  • Deduct shipping and handling fees
  • Issue a partial refund or store credit at our discretion

Chargebacks & Disputes

If you experience any issue with your order, you agree to contact us first to resolve the matter.

Filing a chargeback without attempting resolution may result in:

  • Account suspension
  • Refusal of future orders
